Shipping is always free of charge!

When does a purchase contract come into effect?

A purchase contract is only concluded when the ordered product has been dispatched to the customer and Mahtro has confirmed dispatch to the customer by e-mail (dispatch confirmation).

I have only received one package, where is my second one?

As we receive orders from different regions and warehouses, it can happen that parcels arrive a few days late.

I have received an incorrect/damaged item, what now?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service by email at shop@mahtro.com and let us know which item it is. Please have your order number ready, you will find it in your order confirmation.

Damage to the delivered goods must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. We will of course organize an exchange or refund for you.
